Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

Pack Securely

Carefully place the items in their original Gump's gift box and shipping carton, ensuring fragile pieces are well-protected with the original packing materials.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
